Answer: (Sides 1, 2 and 3 labeled above) Begin with side 1 facing down. Flip the device so that side 2 is down then quickly (in the same motion) turn the device so side 3 is down. The key to solving this puzzle is to transition from having side 1 face down to having side 3 face down in one fluid motion.
