Answer: Move the blue sphere that is furthest to the left (on the second row) one space to the right. After the red spheres clear out move the blue sphere that is furthest to the left (on the first row) one space to the left, swapping it with the green sphere. After the green spheres clear rotate the device 90 degrees clockwise to clear out the rest of blue.
